WOW! charges $2 to send paper statements to encourage our customers to help us protect the environment by going paperless. WOW! has always been committed to conserving natural resources. Now, we are asking for your help, as we are making an effort to significantly decrease our dependency on paper. We believe with your help we can get there. You can avoid this charge by switching to Paperless Billing. Just visit the Billing Center section of My Account to sign up.
I am not the account holder. Can I still make a payment on the account?
Yes, anyone can make a payment on the account. You can use Local Pay or mail a check to WOW! to pay on the account. Please be sure to note the account number. For online payments, you must be the account holder.
What is AutoPay, and how do I sign up?
AutoPay is our automated monthly payment system that deducts the amount of your monthly bill from your bank account or credit card every month.
To sign up for AutoPay just log in to My Account. If you do not have credentials to log in, click on the "Register" tab to get setup. Once logged in, Autopay can be enabled from the summary page of My Account under the New Messages for you section. You can also sign up for AutoPay by clicking on the "Billing" drop down and selecting "Submit Payment." Before setting up Autopay, make sure that your balance is 0 to avoid unnecessary fees and avoid Autopay from pulling before the due date. To submit a One-Time payment to clear any remaining balance, select one of the payment methods under the Make a One-Time Payment section and follow the on-screen instructions. To enroll in Autopay, click on one of the payment mehtods under the Enroll in Autopay section and follow the on-screen instructions.
