All of us at WOW! wish to express our support to all those affected by Hurricane Michael. We know this is an extremely difficult time and recovery and rebuilding will be a long and emotional process.
To help provide some peace-of-mind for our customers in Panama City, as of October 10, 2018 WOW! has suspended all billing and collections activity until your service is restored. This is automatic and no action is required by you.
Our hearts go out to our neighbors and friends affected by this historic storm. We are fully committed to serving all those affected by Hurricane Michael and are working with the community to help restore communication services to Panama City as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, at this time, due to the extent of the damage and the restricted access to the area, we are unable to provide an estimated time of restoration. We will continue to update this information as new details are made available. We appreciate your patience.
FEMA representatives will be at the Panama City Sam’s Club (1707 W 23rd St) on Tuesday, October 16 at 9:00am CST.
If you are interested in learning about how FEMA can help you or how to make a claim through FEMA, please bring proof of insurance, identification, and photos of the damages to your home and property.
FEMA will begin the process of trying to distribute funds, to help pay for shelter. You can also tune in to 94.5 FM, 98.5 FM or 99.3 FM to check for additional updates and information.
