Additional Broadband Facts for Residential Customers
Your Monthly Price: The Broadband Facts provide information regarding standalone Internet plans available to new customers in your area. The “Monthly Price” on the Broadband Facts label is the base monthly retail rate for our standalone Internet plan. Additional monthly and one-time charges (over and above the Monthly Price) are listed separately. The price does not, however, reflect certain discounts or other pricing options that may be available to you, such as those for AutoPay, paperless billing and for bundling broadband with other services. We also often offer pricing that is discounted from the base Monthly Price shown on the label. We explain some of those options further below. Non-Introductory Pricing; Future Price Changes: Unless otherwise provided on the label, the Monthly Price is non-introductory. This means that the Monthly Price will not automatically increase after expiration of a period time, like 12 or 24 months, and you are not bound by a contractual term, so you can terminate services without an early termination fee. The Monthly Price will only be increased if we send you prior written notice of the increase, which will give you the opportunity to then explore service options available to you from WOW! or other providers. Discounts, Pricing Options and Service Bundle Information: To further help you comparison shop among service plans offered by WOW! and other operators, we describe below discounts, pricing options and service bundles or “add-ons” that may be available to you and may result in pricing discounts that could lower your monthly bill, or otherwise provide attractive service bundling options. The discounts, pricing and bundling options we describe here have some requirements and limitations that we describe in more detail below. Also, the available discounts, pricing and bundling options may vary by sales channel (i.e., the way you purchase services from WOW!, such as online or by calling us), your service location and when you purchase services from us. The discounts, pricing and bundling options available in your service area will change from time to time, and there may be other available discounts and incentives not described here. If you subscribe to a service plan that has a base Internet price that is lower than the price listed on the label, or otherwise reflects an available monthly discount or other incentive, that price, discount or incentive may change in the future. If it does, we’ll give you advance notice, so you have the chance to explore other service options available to you from WOW! or other providers. AutoPay: Receive monthly discount when you enroll in AutoPay. AutoPay discount applies only after enrollment and may take up to one billing cycle from time of AutoPay enrollment to appear on your bill. Your bill for WOW! services automatically increases if you fail to maintain AutoPay. The amount of the discount may vary depending upon your service plan. Paperless Billing: Enrollment in Paperless Billing will eliminate the $4 month Paper Statement Fee. Your bill for WOW! services automatically increases if you fail to maintain Paperless Billing ($4 per month). Modem Lease: A WOW! supplied optical network terminal is required in select areas. Where applicable, a customer may provide their own modem. A customer-supplied modem will not change or discount the monthly Internet rate. Add-On Services: Please see wowway.com for details about add-on services such as TV, Whole-Home WiFi, Mobile, Phone and more. Visa® Rewards Cards Offer: Incentive paid by VISA® Prepaid Reward Card. Customers must purchase a qualifying speed and maintain service in good standing for at least 90 days to be eligible for the VISA® Prepaid Reward Card. Customers must provide a valid email address at the time of the agreement in order to receive the VISA® Prepaid Reward Card. Customers must be installed by the 15th of the month following the promotional expiration date. The customer will have 1 year to redeem the reward card offer. WOW! is not responsible for late or lost cards. LIMIT ONE VISA® REWARD CARD OFFER PER WOW! RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
