Blue Number 1Account Information

Includes the name, phone number, and account number of the account holder. This is also where you’ll find the bill date which is the beginning of the 30-day monthly bill cycle. 

Blue Number 2 WOW! News

Check the WOW! News section to find messages and reminders regarding your service and other special offers. 

Blue Number 3 Account Snapshot

This is where you’ll find your last month’s bill amount, payments made since your previous statement and any new charges, along with the total amount due and your payment due date.   

Note: YouTube TV payments will be listed separately and will include tax if applicable. 

Blue Number 4 New Charges Summary

This provides a summary of all new charges on the account. You can find a detailed breakdown for each line item on the 2nd page of your billing statement.  

Blue Number 5 Payment Information

Includes the mailing address the statement was sent to and the WOW! mailing address where payments can be mailed.

Blue Number 7 Statement Details

This provides a comprehensive breakdown of all charges including the following sections (note not all sections will apply to every customer):  WOW! Services & Bundles   Full details on bundled services, bundled pricing, phone pricing, and discounts.  Additional WOW! Internet Services  Reflects equipment lease and discounts if applicable.  Additional WOW! Products & Services  Includes any additional product charges such as the Paper Statement fee.  YouTube TV Service Charges  Shows all YouTube TV service charges.  Additional WOW! Cable TV Services  A breakdown of Cable TV equipment charges, fees, surcharges, premium channel charges, and Pay-Per-View charges.  Additional WOW! Phone Services  Details on phone line charges including voicemail, usage, and Network Line Fees.  Other Charges & Credits  Any additional charges not covered in other sections (including installation charges, late fees, or any other one-time credits or charges).  Partial Month Charges  Lists credits and charges applied to the account for services that were added or removed since your last bill date. Partial charges are calculated by the amount the account is billed per day before any promotion or discounts.  Taxes, Surcharges & Fees  A breakdown of all applicable Federal, State, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges.   Blue Number 8 Additional Information

This section includes details about AutoPay and Electronic Check Conversion payment options, and closed captioning.    Make your life easier with Paperless Billing and AutoPay!  Paperless Billing is a convenient way to never miss a payment while saving on the monthly paper statement fee. With AutoPay, your monthly bill will be paid automatically using the bank account or credit card you select. To enroll, just log in to your Online Account Manager and sign up under the Billing section.
