Why does my HDTV say "Weak" or "NO signal"?

HD television sets have multiple input options. More than likely, your TV is simply on the wrong input. Make sure your WOW! cable box is powered on. This can be done by changing channels with the WOW! remote and verifying that the channel numbers are changing on the display of the cable box. Once you have verified that the cable box is on, use your TV remote to change inputs. Look for a button labeled "Input," "TV/Video," "Video Source," or "HDMI" (for most HD TVs you will want to be on HDMI 1 or HDMI 2). If you cannot locate a button on the TV remote to change inputs, please contact the TV manufacturer for assistance.
