What is WOW! OnDemand and how does it work?

WOW! OnDemand is our Video OnDemand service that allows WOW! Digital Cable customers the ability to select from hundreds of movies and other programs and watch them when they want. With WOW! OnDemand, you can enjoy DVR-like functionality to rewind, fast forward and pause programs.

WOW! OnDemand includes a variety of programming including movies, kids’ and family shows, events, music, sports and more. Many of the programming is available in HD as well. Customers who subscribe to HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, or STARZ will receive these OnDemand channels free.

How to Access OnDemand for WOW! tv+: WOW! OnDemand is available on every TV in your house that has a WOW! tv+ set top box. From your home page, select the “OnDemand” option from the main menu. This will give you access to all of the OnDemand movies and episodes that are available with your Small, Medium or Large subscription. The TV on which you order WOW! OnDemand is the TV on which the OnDemand program will appear. How to Access OnDemand for WOW! Original or ULTRA TV: WOW! OnDemand is available on every TV in your house with WOW! Digital Cable service and a Digital receiver, DVR, HD receiver, or HD DVR receiver. You cannot access WOW! OnDemand with a Digital Adapter.

WOW! OnDemand can be accessed by selecting the VOD button on your remote, selecting the VOD card on your Smart Menu, or by tuning to channel 1. You can also access a number of categories directly from your on-screen guide by tuning to the associated virtual channel if available in your area. When you tune to that channel, you can scroll through that category immediately or return to the higher-level OnDemand menus. The TV on which you order WOW! OnDemand is the TV on which the OnDemand program will appear.
