What if I can't connect to my WOW! TV service?

If you’re having trouble with your WOW! TV service, follow these steps, checking if your problem has been resolved after each step.

Check your TV Set Top Box Connection

• Confirm all cable & cord connections are hand-tightened (Coaxial cable, power, Ethernet, USB)
  
• Restart your TV set top box
        Unplug the power cable from the rear of the set-top box
        Plug it back in.
