How do I use the Lookback feature in WOW! tv?
You can easily view programming that has already started with the Start Over and Catch Up features.
Start Over
If you tune in late to your live program, use the Start Over feature to go back to the start of the program if it is still airing.
There are several ways to start a program over:
- Press the OK button on the remote control twice, and then select the Start Over option on the program information screen.
- Press the OK button on your remote control once to see the Start Over icon in the program banner. Use the arrow keys to highlight the Start Over icon, then press the OK button to restart your program.
- Use the rewind button located at the top left of the WOW! tv+ remote to rewind the program. From the TV Guide you’ll see a circular arrow icon that indicates the show is available for Start Over.
Catch Up Use Catchup to go back up to 72 hours and view previously-aired content. If a program gives you the ability to "catch-up" the "watch" option will be presented when the past program is selected. If no "watch" option is shown, "catch-up" is not available for that program.
Note: Start Over and Catchup are not available for all channels or programs.
