- Will anything change with my WOW!® Internet or phone?
Your WOW! Internet and / or phone service will not be affected; only the WOW! TV service is being discontinued. However, you may need a new modem, which WOW! can provide at no additional cost on our new plans.
- What channels do I get with YouTube TV?
With YouTube TV you can watch 100+ live channels, including your local ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC affiliates, plus popular cable TV channels including CNN, Fox News, ESPN, and more. - How do I get my YouTube TV set up?
You will need to call WOW! at 800-816-5148 to set up YouTube TV and disconnect your existing WOW! cable TV service. If needed, we can schedule a WOW! technician to come to your home free of charge to get your YouTube TV service up and running on all your TVs. An email address, Google account, and credit card is required to set-up your new YouTube TV account – service is billed through WOW!.
- How do I watch YouTube TV?
Watch YouTube TV on your TV just like cable. With YouTube TV, there’s a live channel guide that is customizable. You’ll get TV for the whole family with six personalized accounts for the home and streaming on up to three devices simultaneously. Unlimited DVR space is included for each personalized account.
- What if my TV is not a smart TV?
We now offer our new WOW! TV Pro box – the simple way to make your regular TV a smart TV. WOW! TV Pro gives you a familiar and easy way to watch your local channels, sports, and news with YouTube TV. A custom remote with dedicated buttons geared to optimize your YouTube TV experience is included. WOW! TV Pro can be leased for $5/mo each.ˆ
- How much does YouTube TV cost?

- Can I personalize the YouTube TV Live Guide?
Yes! YouTube TV does not have channel numbers, so we recommend putting your favorite channels at the top of the Live Guide and organizing them into groups to make surfing easier. Once you move your favorite channels to the top of the YouTube TV guide, your guide will always show them at the top. Just follow these steps:
- From your mobile device or computer, select the Live tab.
- Next select Sort, then Edit by the Custom option.
- Click on the up arrow to move a channel to the Top Channels section.
- Select = to change the order of channels.
- Click on the crossed out eye symbol to hide a channel you don’t watch.
