What if my electricity goes out? Will I still be able to use my WOW! Phone service?

Our Phone service (including access to 911) is not available in the event of a power outage unless the modem is equipped with a functioning battery back-up or other power source. You can purchase from us an 8-hour or 24-hour battery back up, which we will mail to you. You can also purchase one through an online retailer like Amazon. The battery backup that we will mail out is only compatible with the Arris TG3452 modem.

In the event that this is not the modem currently in your home, please contact us to have it replaced. There is a small fee to have a technician replace the modem as well as a one time cost to purchase the battery backup. If you would like a back up battery mailed, please contact us.
