Calls to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, Hawaii, and Alaska are included for free as part of the unlimited local and long-distance calling with certain WOW! Phone plans. Rates for calling other areas outside the United States vary depending on location.
All WOW! Domestic Long Distance plans include calls to the all 50 US states, plus Canada and the following US Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan (Northern Mariana Islands) and the U.S. Virgin Islands. WOW! offers a default long distance rate of $.05/minute, an Unlimited Long Distance plan for Business Line and Hosted VoIP customers, Group Long Distance Minute Plans for Voice Trunking, Business Line and Hosted VoIP Customers, and Group Toll Free Minute Plans for Toll Free Customers. *As of October 31, 2025, traditional switched international long distance calling services will no longer be available.
