Effective June 30, 2021, Robocall Blocking has been automatically enabled for all WOW! voice service customers (excluding those voice customers who requested to opt-out of this feature prior to June 30).
Robocall Blocking will automatically be enabled for any new WOW! voice service customers as well. Should you wish to opt-out of Robocall Blocking, please contact us at 1-866-496-9669, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note: opting out of Robocall Blocking will also turn off any Caller ID Alerts.
