How can I block a specific number or anonymous callers in CommPortal?

What You Are Experiencing
You are receiving repeated unwanted calls from a known number or from callers with no caller ID and want to prevent those calls from reaching your phone or voicemail.

  6. Enter the 10-digit phone number you want to block and click Add New.

You need to block international numbers or number patterns rather than specific 10-digit numbers.
Blocking is not taking effect after applying the settings.
You need call blocking applied at the business group level rather than an individual line.
