How can I access and setup voicemail on my Poly Edge E320 & E400?
What You Are Experiencing
You have a voicemail message but are unsure how to access it from the E320 & E400, or you need to record your name or greeting for the first time.
Accessing Your Voicemail
- Press the Messages key (key 8, the envelope icon to the right of the dialpad).
- Select Message Center from the on-screen menu.
- Select the message type: Urgent, New, or Old.
- Press the Connect soft key to dial into the voicemail system.
- Follow the voice prompts.
Voicemail Menu Quick Reference

Setting Up Your Greeting for the First Time
- Access voicemail using the steps above.
- Press 1 to record a personal greeting.
- Record your message and press # to save.
- Follow the name recording prompt and press # to save your recorded name.
TIP: The voicemail indicator on the E320 & E400 is the LED bar (item 1, the strip along the top of the phone).
A flashing LED bar indicates new messages waiting.
Listening to all messages will clear the indicator.
NOTE: For additional voicemail settings such as VM to Email or greeting changes through the web portal,
log in to CommPortal at https://phone.wowforbusiness.com under Message Settings.
Contact us if:
The Messages key does not connect to a voicemail system.
You are prompted for a PIN but have never set one or do not know it.
The voicemail LED stays lit after listening to all messages.
