Why was my WOW!-provided email suspended or deleted?
- Email boxes are considered “inactive” when a user does not access their email for 90 days and are suspended for inactivity at that time.
- Mailboxes are considered “dormant” when a user does not access their email for at least 120 days and are permanently deleted at that time.
- Mailboxes are also deleted when not related to an active WOW! customer.
- Deletion includes but is not limited to messages, calendar items, and address books. New messages sent to a deleted email box will be returned as undeliverable.
