The eero app allows you to run a speed test on-demand and also automatically runs a speed test every two days.
Open the eero App

Tap the Activity Icon at the bottom of the page

Tap "Fastest Download or Fastest Upload"

View the most recent speed test results or tap Run Speed Test to get new speed readings
