What are the charges associated with my install and when does billing start?

Installation charges depend on the type of installation you choose. Your WOW! billing will begin on the date your services are activated.

1 - Self-Installation: $10 Activation Fee

This cost-effective method still includes a technician verifying the connection outside your home. If you need additional support, a WOW! technician can be arranged to complete your installation, and additional charges may apply. Note: The $10 fee applies even if you use your own modem.

2 - Professional Installation: $99 Activation Fee

This option provides hands-on support from a technician for the entire installation process, both outside and inside your home.
