How do I import contacts from another email program into WOW! Mail?

WOW! Mail Advanced Version:

To import contacts from another email program you must first export your contacts from that email program and save them on your computer as a comma-separated value (.csv) file. Please see the help section of your email program for more information on this process. Once you have saved your address book contacts as a .csv file, follow the instructions below to import them into your WOW! Mail address book.

From the Advanced version of WOW! Mail:

• Select the Preferences tab then Import / Export.
• Under the Import section select the Choose File button.
• Locate the.csv file with the contacts you exported earlier.
• Select the .csv file and click Open.
• Click Import and either choose the address book you want the contacts created in or create a new address book.
• Click OK. Depending on the size of the .csv file, import may take a few minutes.

WOW! Mail Standard Version:

To import contacts from another email program you must first export your contacts from that email program and save them on your computer as a comma-separated value (.csv) file. • Select the Address Book tab.
• Select the Edit option next to the Address Books title in the left menu.
• Select the Choose File button next to the Import from .CSV section.
• Locate the.csv file with the contacts you exported earlier.
• Select the .csv file and click Open.
• Click on the Import button to import the selected contacts.
