What is a partial month charge?

A partial month charge occurs when a service is added or removed within the 30-day Billing Period and the item is only charged for a part of your Billing Period. The charge or credit amount is calculated based on a daily rate and the number of days the item applies to. Service charges begin the day your services have been installed or the day services are changed.

Example:

• Billing Period of August 5th to September 4th
• Internet Service upgraded to a higher speed on August 14th
• The upgraded Internet speed is charged for dates in green
• A credit (adjustment) is applied for the prior Internet speed for the dates in pink. (the full month charges for this prior speed would have appeared on the prior statement)
