The discount for YouTube TV through WOW! is valid for 12 months and is applied during 12 continuous months of YouTube TV service with WOW!.  Once a discount is removed it cannot be reapplied and you are no longer eligible. Similarly, while you can re-activate your YouTube TV subscription through WOW! after a cancellation or disconnection, your initial discount will no longer apply.

You may see a non-discounted charge on your WOW! billing statement if: 
- your WOW! services were disconnected and then later reconnected. 
- your YouTube TV subscription was cancelled by someone with access to your account prior to the 12-month expiration and then restarted via WOW! 
- your YouTube TV subscription was cancelled when your monthly payment failed and then restarted via WOW!.
