Columbus, Georgia is home to Fort Benning, a U.S. Army Post supporting 120,000 active-duty military, family members, reservists, retirees and civilian employees on a daily basis. Fort Benning offers a glimpse inside the past at the National Infantry Museum and Soldier Center.
