Before construction begins, representatives from your existing utility companies will place markings and flags to identify the location of underground utilities. It’s important you leave these in place for WOW! so that we are able to identify those existing utilities while working in your area.

Digging into construction

You’ll notice construction crews in the area laying fiber underground or attaching lines to existing utility poles. WOW! may also access the utility boxes in or near your yard. Rest assured, we will make every effort to minimize the impact to your property and to clean up once we finish.
