Prior to your Technician's arrival you will receive a notification via text that your technician is en route and will arrive within 15-20 minutes. If you did not give permission for text communication you will receive a phone call instead.
Next, your Technician will arrive at your home during your scheduled appointment window and complete the outside work necessary to prepare your home for WOW! services.
Finally, your technician will connect all equipment inside your home, ensuring you are familiar with the setup for future reference. They will also spend time familiarizing you with your service so you can begin enjoying the benefits of TV, internet, Phone or WiFi right away.
Upon the completion of your installation you will receive a survey asking for feedback on your experience with the technician so we can continue to offer excellent service.
Note: Health and safety is important to WOW!. You can be assured that your technician will wear a mask when in your home and observe all advised protocols.
