What happens during a Professional Installation?

Important: You or an authorized adult (18 or older) must be present during the installation process.

There are three key steps in a professional installation:

  1. Notification: Prior to the technician's arrival, you will receive a text notification that the technician is en route and will arrive within 15-20 minutes. If you did not provide a mobile phone number, you will receive a phone call instead.

  2. Outside Work: The technician will arrive during your scheduled appointment window to complete the necessary outside work to prepare your home for WOW! services.

  3. Inside Setup: The technician will then connect all the equipment inside your home, ensuring you are familiar with the setup for future reference. They will also spend time explaining your service so you can start enjoying the benefits of TV, internet, phone, or WiFi right away.

After the installation is complete, you will receive a survey to provide feedback on your experience with the technician and your overall WOW! experience. The scoring system ranges from 1 to 10, with 10 being the most favorable score, helping us maintain excellent service.

Health and Safety Note: Your technician will wear a mask and follow all advised protocols while in your home.
