When should I notify WOW! before I move?

Contact WOW! as early as possible in your move process to ensure a smooth transition, by visiting contact us.

First, we need to confirm that WOW! services are available at your new location. You can check service availability here.

Next, we will schedule a date and time for a technician to activate WOW! at the new address. If you choose a professional installation the technician will set up the equipment for you at the new address. If you choose a self-installation, you can set up your equipment at your convivence and if any services are upgraded that require new equipment the technician will drop off a self-installation kit with equipment and instructions for how to install it.

If your moving date changes, don't worry! We can adjust your installation date accordingly.
