Workers from your local utility company or contract partner will be placing markings in the easement to identify the location of underground utilities. Please leave these in place and we will remove them when construction has been completed.

When your area is ready for construction to begin, crews will start laying fiber underground or attaching lines to existing poles. There may be occasions where our team members will need to access the utility easement or right of way. We’ll make sure to take special care of your lawn and perform necessary restorations needed due to construction. You can help us by marking any sprinkler systems, invisible dog fences, or private lighting wires.

Once construction has been completed, we will begin any repairs needed to your property should there be any damage due to construction work.
