WOW! has discontinued ACP benefits as of April 30, 2024, in response to the end of full funding for the Affordable Connectivity Program.

  • Why is WOW! no longer providing ACP benefits and accepting enrollments?

    The Federal Communications Commission (Commission) announced that full funding for the Affordable Connectivity Program benefit ended on April 30, 2024. In response WOW! stopped accepting new applications and enrollments after February 7, 2024, and providing ACP benefits as of April 30, 2024.

  • How will I know that my ACP benefits stopped?

    Starting late January 2024 and during the ACP wind-down period, ACP households enrolled in WOW! services received notices from WOW! outlining the following:

    • That the ACP ended,
    • The impact on their bill,
    • The date of the last bill that included the ACP benefit
    • That they were able to change their service or opt-out of continuing service after the end of the ACP
  • What happened to my bill when the ACP benefits ended?

    If you provided consent to automatically shift to WOW!’s standard rates and general terms and conditions after ACP ends, your May 2024 bill changed in the following ways:

    • Your ACP discount was removed.
    • Your WOW! services stayed the same.
    • You were billed the standard rates for the services on your account.
    • You can always make changes to your WOW! services. Just give us a call at 866-496-9669.

    If you DID NOT provide consent to automatically shift to WOW!’s standard rates and general terms and conditions after ACP ends:

    • You are required to call WOW! at 866-496-9669 before your next billing period starts in May to continue your services and make any necessary updates to your account.
    • If you did not contact us by that deadline, the ACP regulation requires us to disconnect your services thereafter.
  • What are my choices now that my ACP benefits stopped?

    After you stop receiving ACP benefits you have the option to:

    • Keep Your Current Plan: If you’re happy with your Internet plan and services, you can keep your current services at the standard rate.
