Steven joined WOW! as Chief Financial Officer in October 2002, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2009, President in 2011 and has been WOW!’s Chief Executive Officer since April 2014. In his tenure at WOW!, Steven has been the chief architect behind the company’s successful expansion efforts through strategic M&A activity as well as extension into new communities to offer consumers and businesses more competitive choice. As CEO, Steven’s primary focus is ensuring the company’s business vision is tightly aligned with the unique WOW! culture that is founded on delivering the best possible employee and customer experience.
Steven began his career with Arthur Andersen where his client focus was in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining WOW!, Steven served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Millennium Digital Media. He is a past board member of the American Cable Association, and is an active member of the Colorado chapter of Young Presidents Organization.
Steven received his undergraduate degree in Economics and holds a Master’s of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign. As a Sports Fan, his loyalty lies with the Fighting Illini basketball team and the St. Louis Cardinals.

More About Me
Cash joined the WOW! team in January 2008 as Chief Technology Officer. In his capacity as CTO, Cash has led the company’s network and infrastructure design efforts that have enabled WOW! to deliver a quality customer experience which has resulted in numerous awards and recognition. In partnership with key technology vendors, Cash has brought innovative products such as WOW! Ultra, WOW! Sw!vel and 1 Gig Internet to life for the company’s customers.
Cash was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2016. In addition to maintaining his responsibilities for Engineering and IT/Applications Development, Cash also has oversight for Field and Corporate Operations.
Prior to joining WOW!, Cash served in a number of leadership positions at Nortel, BigBand Networks, ADC Telecommunications, Antec, and Cox Communications. He is a graduate of Lindenwood University and received his MBA from Benedictine University. Cash is a proud and active Marine Corps veteran.

Rich joined the WOW! team in January 2013 as Chief Financial Officer and brings almost 20 years experience in various financial, operational and business development leadership positions in the telecommunications industry to WOW!.
Prior to joining WOW!, Rich served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at ITC^DeltaCom where he was responsible for all finance, accounting and treasury related functions. Prior to ITC^DeltaCom, Rich was the Chief Financial Officer at ICG Communications and served in various financial and operating leadership positions with AT&T and Teleport Communications Group. Rich began his career with Arthur Andersen, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As Chief Marketing & Sales Officer for WOW!, Scott is accountable for driving the company’s customer and revenue growth across residential, business, and wholesale services. Scott brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, field operations, product, and business development across a range of industries including cable, telecommunications, and transportation. In his role at WOW!, Scott’s responsibilities include customer acquisition & retention, branding, sales, pricing, product management & development, customer care and more. Motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and having been around sports all his life and playing college baseball, Scott has a healthy desire to compete as part of a team to win customers’ business and earn their loyalty.
Prior to joining WOW!, Scott held a variety of executive level roles at companies such as CenturyLink, Level 3, AT&T Broadband, TCI and Southern Pacific Lines. Scott has an MS in Marketing from the University of Colorado-Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lewis and Clark College. Scott is an active supporter of the community and believes fervently in personal and corporate social responsibility. Scott has held many nonprofit board seats, including with Denver Public Schools, University of Colorado-Denver Business School, Downtown Denver Partnership, and being active fundraiser for Denver Rescue Mission and Mile High United Way.

More About Me
Cathy began her career at WOW! in December 2001. As Chief Marketing Officer, she oversaw the company’s branding, marketing communications, pricing and product strategy efforts that resulted in industry leading customer growth during her tenure. In 2014, she assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer with responsibilities that included Field Operations, Customer Care, Program Management, Human Resources and Business Services.
Today, Cathy is the Executive Vice President of Strategy & Engagement where she is accountable for articulating WOW!’s strategic roadmap and driving performance through employee engagement. She is passionate about continuing to develop WOW!’s culture in creating an environment where all team members have the opportunity to thrive.
Prior to joining WOW!, Cathy held marketing positions of increasing responsibility at AT&T Broadband and its predecessor company, TCI. Before entering the telecommunications industry in 1997, Cathy spent a number of years in brand management at The Quaker Oats Company and retail merchandising at Duty Free Shoppers. She is a past board member of the American Cable Association and Hunger Free Colorado.
Cathy holds a degree in Business Economics from Brown University. As a karaoke fan, her go-to playlist includes “Don’t Stop Believin’” and “Lucky”.

As General Counsel and Secretary for WOW!, Craig is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs. Craig has provided legal services to the cable industry throughout the nation for almost twenty years. His services range from franchise relationships to local, state (public utility commission), and federal (FCC) regulatory compliance. His professional background also includes extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and securities law.
Prior to joining WOW!, Craig served for over ten years as the Chief Operating Officer of a law firm with over 100 attorneys. His responsibilities there included strategic planning, financial budgeting, reporting and analysis, marketing of legal services, recruitment of attorneys and staff, and all aspects of human resources.
Craig received his B.A. from Amherst College, where he graduated cum laude, and M.Sc. from Trinity College, Dublin, and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame, where he was an editor of the Notre Dame Law Review.

Mark brings to WOW! a diverse background of leadership experience in the cable and telecommunications industry. Over the course of his 19-year career, he has served in a number of operational capacities including vice president, regional system manager, general manager, corporate marketing director, regional marketing manager and regional sales manager. Prior to joining WOW!, Mark worked for Avalon Cable Television, Cable Michigan, Bresnan Communications and Harron Cable Television. He attended Wayne State University.

Relationships at WOW! are very important, both with our customers and our employees. I think the key to building long lasting relationships with others is reciprocity – we are helped because we help others. We try to profit from our mistakes as opposed to merely recover. WOW! is also a high–initiative workplace. Initiative falls into the category of “hard to define but you know it when you see it”. There is a “buzz” of energy at WOW! that strives to consistently exceed expectations and continue to build upon our past successes and disappointments while embracing new opportunities.

Mike joined WOW! in March 2013 as Vice President, Customer Care. In this capacity, Mike is responsible for the customer care division.
Mike brings with him over 30 years of leadership experience in various industries including airline, energy, healthcare and telecommunication, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to startups. Mike’s career includes senior leadership positions in customer care and operations.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration focusing on management from Boise State University. His leadership has contributed to multiple customer service awards with different companies. Those awards include JD Powers and ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index). Mike has served on a number of non-profit boards of directors and earned the Bronze Leadership Award from Junior Achievement of Southern Colorado.
