How do I reset the screen size on my WOW! tv+ set top box?

If the screen size on your WOW! tv+ set top box has accidentally been resized and you are unable to navigate the screen properly, follow these step-by-step instructions to perform a factory reset. These instructions will walk you through the precise button presses required to restore default settings and resolve the screen size problem.

Important Notes

• Wait Time: Allow 5 seconds between each step to ensure the set top box registers the button press.

Identify Your WOW! tv+ Set Top Box Brand
Identify your set top box brand and follow the applicable instructions below:

Reset Data and Settings

1 - Open Settings Menu: • Press the Gear icon (Settings) on your remote.

2 - Navigate to Device Preferences: • Press the Down Arrow button on the remote 4 times. This selects Device Preferences. • Press the OK button.

3 - Select the About Page: • Press the Down Arrow button. This selects About. • Press the OK button.
