How do I know how much space is remaining for recorded content on the WOW tv+ Cloud DVR, ULTRA TV Whole-Home DVR or WOW!'s Original TV DVR?

WOW! tv+ Cloud DVR:

To view your available recording space, push the home button on the WOW tv+ remote control and then arrow down to the recordings category. The recordings hours used and totals are shown in the center top of the screen.

Recording space is available for 50, 100, and 200-hours. If you reach the 50 or 100-hour threshold and want to record additional content, you can upgrade to a higher DVR storage amount. If you reach the maximum 200-hours, you can either delete existing recordings from within the Recordings area of the menu or set a new recording. By setting a new recording, the oldest recording in your DVR will be automatically deleted.

ULTRA Whole-Home DVR:

You can access remaining storage space from the Smart Menu in either the Settings card or the Recorded TV card. From the Settings card, use the up and down arrows on the remote to highlight the Recording Space option. Press OK on the remote to see the Storage Meter. The Storage Meter lets you know how much space you have left to record more programs. You can manage recording preferences or connect an external hard drive to increase recording space. The Storage Meter will include your external hard drive space when connected.

With a 500-gigabyte hard drive, you've got up to 300 hours of SD or 75 hours of HD programming. Need more? You can connect a DVR compatible external hard drive for even more storage.

WOW! Original DVR:

You may check the recording space used from the Preferences menu of your DVR. You can access the Preferences screen by pressing the B button on your remote. Scroll to the Recording Space Used line to check percentage of space used.

For regular analog and digital channels up to 45-50 hours can be recorded, depending upon the type of programming. When using the HD-DVR up to 20 hours of HD programming may be recorded and up to 90 hours of analog programming depending on the format and data rate of the programming source.
