Can I change the order of live TV channels and recorded content on my guide?

WOW TV+: The order of live channels cannot be changed on your WOW! tv+ box. However, you can easily search for live TV channels by using the Google Assistant voice search on your remote by pressing the Google Assistant button and saying the channel name or number.

ULTRA TV: Sort Options for TV Channels can be found in the ULTRA TV Smart Menu. Use the left arrow on the remote to highlight the Settings card. Use the up arrow on the remote to highlight Menu Customization section. Press OK on the remote then press the right arrow to access the sorting options. Use the up, down, and OK buttons to set the preferred option. This provides the capability to specify sort order for live TV channels and Recorded Content. Live TV channels can be sorted in numerically ascending or descending order. The sort order option applies to all TV filter cards that display live TV broadcasts. Recorded content can be sorted in alphabetically ascending or descending order. Please note that this feature is not currently available in all regions.

You can also create customized channel lineups but selecting the channels you want to display on your Channel Listings. These channel lineups can be unique to each Media Player.

To create customized channel lineups:

• Go to the Smart Menu
• Locate the Settings card
• Highlight Channel List option
• Use the up, down, and Select buttons on the remote to select or deselect the desired channels
• Once you have completed your selections, press the left arrow and then the OK button on the remote to save your changes.

You can also log onto My Account, select TV then Manage My TV.
