To register your phone number online, visit www.DONOTCALL.gov. You must have a valid email address to sign up online.
To register over the phone, call 1-888-382-1222 (TTY 1-866-290-4236) from the phone number that you wish to register. Your phone number will appear in the registry by the next day. However, telemarketers have up to 31 days after you sign up to stop calling you.
