Why does the Monthly Price on the Broadband Label not always match the monthly Internet price advertised?

The monthly price on each of WOW!’s labels is the standard monthly rate for each internet plan in place at the time you enroll in the plan. Additional monthly and one-time charges (over and above the monthly price) are listed separately. The price does not, however, reflect certain discounts or other pricing options that may be available to you, such as those for autopay, paperless billing (if applicable), and for bundling internet with other services. We also often offer pricing that is discounted from the base monthly price shown on the label.

Unless otherwise provided on the label, the monthly price is non-introductory, ie: not automatically increased after expiration of a period time (like 12 or 24 months) and not bound by a contractual term (able to be terminated without an early termination fee). The monthly price will only be increased if WOW! sends prior written notice of the increase, providing the opportunity to explore service options available to from WOW! or other providers.
