WOW! provides broadband labels when potential customers are initially shopping for Internet plans that are available in their service area and when existing customers are looking to change their Internet service. Labels are displayed online when customers are shopping on wowway.com or within the Online Account Manager or sent via email when customers are working with an agent. Once a customer has purchased an Internet plan, the label associated with that plan can be viewed in their Online Account Manager.
