Can I change the Spam settings so fewer emails are tagged as Spam?

You can change your Spam settings by following these steps:

• Click WOW! SPAM Settings in the left navigation window.

• Select a setting option:

  • None: Filters are off and SPAM messages are delivered to the Inbox.
  • Low: Obvious SPAM is caught in the filters and some may still be delivered to the Inbox.
  • Medium (recommended): A moderate amount of SPAM is caught in the filters and delivered to the Junk folder.
  • High: More SPAM is caught in the filters and sent to the Junk folder.

• Click Apply SPAM Settings.

A popup message will appear to indicate the settings have been changed.
