I recently bought a new HDTV and was advised to update the cable box to a HD model. I called WOW! on Monday and scheduled a technician to come to my home on Tuesday between 12:00-4:00 pm. John was at my door at exactly 12:00. He proceeded to switch the boxes and when the signal was not as strong as it should have been he investigated all of my cable hookups until he located the problem. I think he went above and beyond what I asked of him and he was pleasant and informed me of each step that he took to make my reception better.I really appreciate his kindness and commend WOW! for having such a well trained and courteous employee. This experience surely made my day! Thanks, John!
