I accidently cut the WOW! cable going to my house last Saturday night. The kids came running out screaming "you cut the cable...". WOW! repaired it quickly Monday morning by which I was very impressed. However, the initial repair was just to make the connection, not burry the cable so since Monday night I've been thinking to myself " I have to burry the cable which I've dreaded because I've had commitments every night". Tonight I went out to burry it and found it already done - by WOW!. I cannot tell you how happy and elated I was. Thanks AGAIN for awesome service. As a business owner I'm always looking at how companies handle customer service. I consider WOW!'s customer service the best of any product or service provider.
