A residence on our street scheduled a disconnection of their WOW! service and unfortunately, our residence was disconnected instead on accident. We were without service from 8pm on June 26 to almost 11am on June 27. During this time, however, my father and I spoke to some great associates of yours in Alabama. Andrew was helpful by setting up a technician as both our cable AND internet was not working. Although there was nothing else he could do, he was very friendly and I enjoyed speaking with him.
And finally, once the technician fixed the problem today and my father spoke with him, the technician suggested my father call back and receive a credit for the day of June 27. That's when he spoke to Mitsy. She applied this additional discount.
We are now happily back up and running. I wish I had gotten the other operator IDs, but we wanted to thank everyone who answered our calls and resolved our issue in a timely fashion.
