I have repeatedly had THE BEST service. I have multiple televisions and computers in my home so my service is really stretched. The customer service reps have helped me with how to take care of my cable connectors to help keep optimum service. They helped me identify a bad modem that I had, and on another occasion, stayed on the line as I tried to identify another problem which in the end, was a bad mother board on my computer. They have all been kind, patient, and I mean really patient, even to the point that it feels like they are having a good time helping you. Awesome!!!!
