I switched to WOW! after 5 years of loyal Brighthouse internet service. Brighthouse internet service in the last year has been terribly unstable for the last year, going up and down randomly and frequently. The WOW! installer named Vincent was early, polite, professional, knowledgeable and fast. WOW! internet is cheaper, faster and stable. Thank you WOW! for great service!
