I was having problems with my internet, no body was able to use my WiFi, I was finally tired of it and was going to change over to another company, but my husband stopped me and said, "Why don't you just call WOW! and talk to them, they have always helped you in the past, not to mention we have been with WOW! for over 20/25 yrs, and NO BODY beats their service or prices." So I thougth "Ok, I will call them right now." Well, after a very nice conversation on the phone with a lady, she was able to explain to me why I was having problems; I was still only receiving 2Mbs in the past 12 years! She mentioned at this point in time, it was very important to carry at least 15, due to the traffic that has raised with customers, she also gave me a personal Id# to log on and said I shouldn't have any more problems. She then continued to transfer me to a technician to speak with just to make sure there were no other issues. The tech made an appointment to come out to the house the VERY NEXT DAY just to test everything and make sure my lines were clear and a strong enough signal was provided. He did tell me my signal was very weak and went on to fix it and check everything else to make sure it was also ok. I really couldn't believe that this man came out the next day, not to mention stayed and took his time looking over everything, and fixing what ever needed to be done. To me, this was just something minor, and didnt require immediate attention. But to them, nothing is minor. They took it very serious, and made sure everything was working the next day! When WOW! says they are number 1 in customer service; They really are!:) And nobody beats their prices either:) THANK YOU WOW!, I WILL BE HERE ANOTHER 20/25 YEARS! GOD BLESS & A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL YOUR WOW EMPLOYEE'S, THEY ARE SPECIAL PEOPLE!
