My WOW! moment, Gary stopped by unexpectedly to check on a recent internet issue and asked if we where happy and was everything still ok. I told him YES very happy thank you! I asked to him look at an unrelated issue I had prior to the service call he was checking on. Gary followed me to a line I had cut a few weeks before my call. "LOOK" I said this line was buried only 3in underground. Gary seemed surprised the previous tech had not rerun the line as "it's a future problem waiting to happen" he said. I also asked Gary if he had a remote on his box? My volume button stopped working, he told me he did not, sorry. But said he'd drop one off the next day when in the area. Gary JUST dropped it off! My kid sent me a TEXT after he left it in the door as we discussed. NICE JOB people!! I sell BMW's and I know customer service, and have NOT written a note about ANYONE in over 10 yrs. Again I say GREAT JOB Gary!! Oh! Gary did rerun the line TOO!
