I am writing to express my appreciation for the courtesy, competency, and service that WOW employees gave me yesterday (Monday, 9/14/09). (1) I picked up an HD DVR at your Naperville location. The woman who took care of me at the front desk was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and very helpful. So was the technician with her who answered several of my questions. (2) When I had a problem getting DOLBY 5.1 (as opposed to DOLBY pro logic surround) sound, I called one of your customer reps. The woman who answered was polite, accommodating, and efficient as she scheduled a home visit. (3) The technician that handled the call at my home was great to work with. He acknowledged the problem, did the required basic checking, and then made a call to an Ã¢â‚¬Å“audio expert.Ã¢â‚¬Â The problem was solved. Everything is now working as it should be. Thanks to all of the people that I dealt with at WOW today. ItÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s a joy to find a company that is truly service and customer oriented. Everyone did their job will skill and courtesy, and IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ll be singing WOWÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s praises as a result.
