I have had a beautiful two years + with WOW and now, unfortunately, because of the cutoff of unemployment and a temp job that will be mailing my check, I have to terminate my service. I have spoken with Gary, Wendy, Tammy, Becky and others that have been so gracious with extensions through tomorrow morning for my overdue payment. So I am asking that you not send me to collections yet. I have never had any problems that couldn't be solved by phone with your customer representatives. I have had just about all of the cable providers but yours is the best by far.
I was able to schedule endless job interviews via email and apply for countless jobs. The temporary job assignment I had ended yesterday so I am out of work again. Two years without steady employment is no joke and is so hard.
When I first got WOW services and the computer modem wasn't hooked up correctly, one of the managers took the time to come to Chicago to get my services up and running. This was after one phone call in March of 2008. No other provider I've ever had has ever taken that much interest in my family as a customer. I have nothing bad to say about WOW and wish that I was able to continue your services. However, as soon as I get the appropriate funds to pay my bill it will be sent to you ASAP and I will once again have WOW!
