The day of installation was painless and fast. The installers were very helpful, and resolved a lot of issues, as the pre-existing wiring was from Dish Network. They did a great job. The very next day, we had an issue with our PIN code, for blocking and unblocking channels and movies. On the first call, the representative was very helpful in helping us with resetting the PIN and getting it all worked. But we still had the issue of not being able to watch R rated or higher movies or programming. After a few calls, the customer rep, took it upon himself to google the problem we were having, which by the way was not the cable box, but instead it was the V-chip on the tv that was blocking our services. Needless to say I was embarrased and dumbfounded, but the rep was great and figured it all out for us. It is nice to see reps, that go ot of thier way to help you solve what ever problems you may be having. From the installers and techs, to the customer reps, they were all friendly, helpful, and professional. It waslike having your friends doing all the work for you, instead of some stranger. It was and has been a great experience up til now. I would assume that all our future dealings with WOW! employees will be nothing but the same friendly and helpful service, I now come to expect.
