I was helped today, June 27th, by Erica who answered my customer service call. She went above and beyond with her kindness and her professionalism and should be commended. She ensured the service change was submitted properly and documented all of the details to my account. That being said, it sounds like you need to invest in some serious upgrades to your computer system because it was a simple request but became complicated due to system errors. I should also note that I had previously talked with two customer service reps who were not able to correctly submit the order. I am delighted Erica helped me and communicated everything so well, but I was very discouraged by the 40 minutes I spent trying to work with the previous reps.
