Mine is simple really - we REALLY REALLY REALLY want WOW for our CABLE, but DirecTV has us in a 2-yr agreement so the penalties would be too much for now. But - I wanted to tell you we moved about a year ago and when transferring our DirecTV from OLD house to the NEW house - I advised DirecTV the change of address, cuz they like to move your stuff (really just the satellite dish, I think, cuz you have to do the rest of the work yourself) for FREE - they say.
We waited one evening for them to show up - but NO DIRECTV TRUCK....huh? Called and found out they went BACK to our OLD house to try and hook up our DIRECTV AGAIN at the OLD HOUSE.
Ok - maybe some confusion...finally guy came out and hooked it up.
Next month - some transmission issues and we called to complain - was told a repairman would come out and relocate the satellite dish. We waited one evening again and NO DIRECTV TRUCK...huh, again? Called and found out they went BACK to our OLD HOUSE AGAIN to try and fix THAT satellite dish....but you were JUST here at our NEW HOUSE - what gives??
Finally - after TWO MORE ATTEMPTS and TWO MORE VISITS to our OLD HOUSE - they arrived at our new house and charged us for 3 separate service calls - which NONE were even supposed to be charged cuz it was THEIR placement of the satellite dish in the first place.
NEXT MONTH - YEP - we called again - something fell on satellite dish, blocking view, had to relocate ONE MORE TIME - what did they do....WENT TO OUR OLD HOUSE....come on! We pay our bills on time - they have our billing address and home address - they have even came out to our NEW house - but someone just likes going back to the OLD HOUSE.
Oh, WOW, please help me cancel DIRECTV so I can add my CABLE! I already love my phone and internet - please, please, please!!!!
