My name is Elizabeth, and I am a WOW! customer. I wanted to share with you, how an UNEXPECTED act of kindness on behalf of your Technician Ray, went above and beyond, anyone's expectations of a WOW! Service Technician. It was finals week and I was away from home to study for my math exam. I inadvertently locked my car keys and cell, which were inside my backpack, in my car. I was able to call for assistance, but after waiting for 3 hours, they still had not arrived. My mother and children were at home waiting for my return. I realized I was on my own. The only way I was going to get inside that car was to do it myself. I called my sister, who lives nearby, explained my situation, and asked her to please bring me a flat-head screw driver, and a wire hanger. She did, as well as a couple of other tools that might help. I broke the wooden wedge in my door, and I was really struggling. I'm only about 5'2", so it wasn't helping that my car is taller than me. This was proving to be a disadvantage. My sister joined in, and we had been trying really hard to get into my car for at least 20minutes or longer, and while it was a beautiful day, the Sun was hot. I hear this man's voice asking if I need some help. Me-"Yes! Please!!!" Within 10-15 mins, your service technician "Ray" had my car door unlocked. He was so very polite, kind, and patient. He was on his break and saw me working hard, and very obviously struggling to get into my car, and decided to help. I didn't realize until I was thanking him for helping me, that he was a WOW! employee. When I did, I was doubly impressed! Firstly, I was impressed by this stranger's act of kindness, and even more impressed, though not necessarily surprised, that he was a WOW! employee!! I've always received GREAT Customer Service from WOW! representatives. I was SO relieved and Grateful for Ray's help, I had to give him a hug, and let him know that as a WOW! Customer and that his kindness was doubly appreciated!!! I thought you should know how your Technicians are 'Representing' you out in the community. You should be Proud! Sincerely, Elizabeth
