I no longer have an WOW moments. We moved to a new development and the only thing we have here is Insight. Insight was rated number 9 out of 12 carriers in Cosumer Reports and we certainly know why! We are forced to pay for things we neither use nor want, AND the tv we get has programs repeated in the line-up three times! How can they call that "100 stations?" We ask to negotiate price, something we've done with other companies including WOW, only to be told we have their 'best price.'
We have begged and begged WOW to come to our neighborhood. Maybe someday soon they'll hear our pathetic cries. In the meantime, I'm thrilled for all of you who have WOW and are happy to have it.
