Thank you, WOW!, for proving to my family what I've been saying for years! You are the BEST!! After helping my senior relative battle several other companies she is finally moving to an area where WOW! service is available. Your representative, Beth, was extremely helpful today, answered all our questions and even went the extra mile with us. I had to ask the previous company a simple question and I waited 32 minutes on hold before a rep even answered! It is such a relief to know another family member will be well cared for by your service. You have been so helpful to us over the years and I'm sure she will be happy as well!
