ENGLEWOOD, CO – June 12, 2014 – WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone (“WOW!”) and Clarity Telecom (“Clarity”) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Clarity will acquire WOW!’s Rapid City and Sioux Falls, South Dakota systems for gross proceeds of approximately $262 million in cash, subject to certain adjustments set forth in the agreement.
